helpful staff generous breakfast pedestrian noise hot room
the staff were helpful. i needed decaf coffee pods and found them in my room (how thoughtful!). the breakfast was generous. i liked that it was served in the room.
the room was a bit noisy. i couldn't open the window, as it was right on street level, and i worried about noise from pedestrians. the hot rooms were too hot for me.

excellent shower comfortable bed friendly welcome helpful staff
The bedroom was lovely with very good decoration. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was excellent. High end toiletries were provided in the bathroom. I found the bed super comfortable and slept well. Breakfast was provided. Dairy-free alternatives were offered. I found the welcome friendly. The staff were very helpful.
The cups in the room were not clean upon arrival. It was a shame considering the cost of the stay.

i loved the minibar, it had proper milk. the staff was proactive and helpful. it created a cheerful atmosphere! the room's decor was attractive. it added to the hotel's comfortable feel.
i found the breakfast hampers a bit too small. the alternative breakfast option had very limited choices. more variety would enhance the experience.
